These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Good Ground Developers website and the services we provide. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We design and build software, websites, and mobile applications. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on this site are starting points ("from" pricing) and estimates, not binding quotes. Final pricing is confirmed in your proposal after we understand your requirements.
Payment
- Payments are handled securely through Stripe.
- Project payment schedules (for example, a deposit and milestone payments) are defined in your proposal.
- Recurring care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time with 30 days' notice.
Warranty
We fix defects in work we delivered free of charge for 30 days after launch. This warranty covers faults in our work and does not cover new features, third-party changes, or issues outside what we delivered.
Intellectual property
Unless your agreement says otherwise, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you upon full payment. We may retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Client responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete the work.
- Ensure any materials you provide don't infringe others' rights.
- Maintain ownership of your own app-store, hosting, and domain accounts where applicable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Good Ground Developers is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
